New: 7 x London Hotspots
Happy Saturday Powerfoodies! Does anyone have a trip to London booked? Well, if you do, then lucky you! I’ve put together a list of seven, brand-new healthy hotspots in London, just for you. Did I leave out your very favorite spot? Let me know at the bottom of the page so we can expand the list together! ; )
P.S. Have a look here to see my complete list of London hotspots.
Coming in at number one: Farmacy. This lovely hotspot is the place to be for a delicious brunch, smoothie, lunch, snack and so much more. Their menu is original and fresh and includes my very favorite adaptogen smoothies. I had the maca latte and the avocado toast. So good!

If you happen to be strolling through Nothing Hill (or Shoreditch) and find yourself in need of some powerfood or a tasty drink, look no further than this place, the ‘world’s healthiest bar’. A stylish hotspot that serves vegan, sugar-free, gluten-free powerfood and (virgin) cocktails. Wow. A must go!

4. Covent Garden Grind
This spot is somewhat hidden, but I recommend it wholeheartedly! The menu is full of powerfood and special lattes. Tip: tell your friendly server that you’d like to try the beetroot latte and a slice of fresh banana bread. Then take a seat by the window and enjoy while reading a good book. ; )

You know that problem when you see a menu and there’s so much on it that sounds good that you just can’t choose? That’s the problem I faced at Manna, an Italian-inspired place that has been a well-known name for more than 50 years in this cosmopolitan city. Manna offers a veritable Valhalla of freshly prepared dishes ranging from soba noodle salads, rainbow panzanella to delicious leek-almond tarts an so much more. If you ask me, this is the perfect place to go with your significant other or family when you have something to celebrate.
Address | 4 Erskine Rd, Primrose Hill, London NW3 3AJ, UK

Looking for the perfect avocado toast? Then head to CREAM. Delicious! This hotspot has an industrial vibe and boasts enough space to recover from a day on the town or spend a couple of hours working with your laptop in tow.
Address | 31 New Inn Yard EC2A 3EY London

Last but not least… Mooshies! The locale serving the very best vegetarian and vegan burgers in town cannot possibly be left off this list. Try the ‘quinoa black bean patty’ with caramelized onions and a delicious sauce with homemade sweet potato fries on the side. Nommm!
