Stress. Pfft… We are exposed to so much outside stimulation and often work under intense pressure. On top of that, we also have to make important decisions every day since we live in a place that affords us so many choices. We all want to be successful, which usually means we have to earn lots of money, have six-pack abs and have at least 300 followers on Instagram. And if that doesn’t all work out? Stress!

In addition to bringing yourself back to the here and now every so often, good nutrition can help you to stay relaxed. I run my own small business and always feel an enormous sense of responsibility; the workload is high.
