Just a quick update. I promised myself that I would blog more, but I haven’t managed to much lately. I’m so busy. Let me tell you why…

I’m working on a super exciting and big project in the Netherlands that I’m hoping to launch as soon as possible. I’ve also been devoting some attention to the American market and, last but not least, I’ve been working on… here it comes… a new book! This one will involve more writing than recipes as the focus will be a bit more on lifestyle. I still spend the most time on nutrition, but I also touch on everything else that goes with it – which I also find super important. And as you all know, my grandparents and parents have shared so much knowledge with me, and now I really want to share it with you. The plan is to have the book ready for publication in November, which is pretty quick given that I’ve only just finished writing chapter one… ; ) So, for the time being, my focus will be on the book and I’ll be posting a bit less often on my website and sharing fewer newsletters. But do keep following me via my ‘week’ vlogs on YouTube, the newsletter (you can subscribe on the website) and social media. All of that will keep on rolling! ; )
I also want to take this opportunity to thank you all for your amazing support. After four books, thanks to you all, I am able to continue on my mission: to raise awareness about healthy living, particularly in the areas of nutrition, exercise and relaxation. And I’m so very grateful for this.
