Nommm. Dit heerlijke ontbijtje is een aangepaste versie van de bananen chia pudding die ik in de warmere periodes sowieso één keer per week eet. Door de lekkere verwarmende ingrediënten zoals chai kruiden en de moes is deze juist jummie voor de wintermaanden!

500 ml herfstmoes of biologische appelmoes uit pot (wel kaneel toevoegen)
3 el chiazaad
1 1/2 tl kardamompoeder
2 mespuntjes zwarte peper
1 tl venkelzaden
½ tl gemberpoeder
6 el kokosyoghurt
½ appel
1 granaatappel
handje rozijnen
home made granola (optioneel)
Maak af met wat ahornsiroop en extra kaneelpoeder on top.
Bereiding
Roer het chiazaad en de rest van de kruiden door de herfstmoes. Roer goed, zodat alles verdeeld wordt. Zet het vervolgens minimaal vier uur (of een nachtje) in de koelkast. Zodra het klaar is, verdeel je de moes over twee kopjes. Snijd de granaatappel doormidden, haal de pitjes eruit en voeg die aan de moes toe. Schenk de kokosyoghurt eroverheen. Snijd de appel in stukjes en strooi dat samen met de rozijnen en eventueel wat granola (zie ontbijt recepten) boven op de parfait. Maak af met wat ahornsiroop en extra kaneelpoeder on top.
