Chia Pudding
Chia seeds are high in omega 3 fatty acids, protein and iron. And because of their high fiber content, eating chia seeds makes you feel full and satisfied. These seeds are a great replacement for milk as they are high in calcium and the mineral boron, which helps your body to absorb calcium.
