Good nutrition can help you to stay relaxed. Many hard working people are deficient in magnesium. Magnesium gives you energy as it allows your muscles and nerves to relax more efficiently, which helps you to sleep better. Start by eating a slice or two of this chill-out bread every day. It is full of magnesium as it includes banana, sunflower seeds, nuts and coconut, which are all replete with this anti-stress mineral. So make this bread… And then just chill!

3 days in a airtight basket or 3 months in the freezer
24cm x 10cm loaf tin
1 tsp coconut oil
3 ripe bananas
50 g medjool dates, pitted
150 g spelt flour
2 tbsp grated coconut
2 tsp aluminum-free baking powder
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsbp sunflower seeds
a large handful of walnuts
1 tsp sea salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease the loaf pan with coconut oil. Next, mix two ripe bananas, the medjool dates, eggs and spelt flour in the blender until they form a soft dough. Spoon the dough into a bowl and add the coconut, seeds, baking powder, walnuts and sea salt. Thinly slice the remaining banana and add that to the mix too. Stir well and transfer the dough to the greased loaf pan. Put it in the oven for 45-50 minutes and then just chill!
