15 - 20 balls
1 week in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer
blender or food processor
200 g dates, pitted
170 g mixed nuts
60 ml coconut oil
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
Soak the dates in water for about 15 minutes. Put the rest of the ingredients in your blender or food processor and mix until they’re pulverized. Add the dates and mix again. Transfer this delicious mixture to a bowl and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Then, form little balls using your hands and coat them in grated coconut. Place them in your fridge for an hour and then they’re ready to eat! Yum!
