Cucumber juice
For those who want to cool down a little on a hot and sunny day, this cucumber juice will definitely help you out!

1 day in an airtight bottle in the fridge
Supplies

blender
Ingredients
25 g mint
4 limes
2 cucumbers
3 tbsp maple syrup
200 ml water
Wash and chop the cucumbers. Squeeze the juice from the limes over top of the blender and add the mint leaves and the cucumber. Blend until the juice is smooth and pour it through a sieve into a bowl or water jug. Stir the contents of the strainer one more time, to get all the juice out. Stir the maple syrup into the juice. Pour in a glass filled with lots of ice cubes and enjoy this refreshing, non-alcoholic cocktail!
