Mijn favoriete powerfood
Elke dag deel ik recepten en geef ik informatie over de ingrediënten die ik daarin gebruik. Zoals je misschien wel weet heb ik een aantal favorites, die regelmatig terugkeren. Verse seizoensgroenten bijvoorbeeld én het is voor mij altijd belangrijk dat de voeding onbewerkt is. Dus zonder toevoegingen als kleurstoffen, geurstoffen, conserveermiddelen en zoetstoffen. Maar er is nog veel meer te vertellen over de powerproducten die ik zo graag in onze recepten gebruik. Daarom een overzicht van mijn favoriete powerfood!

Avocado
Avocado is rijk aan eiwitten en vetten. Daarnaast bevat het carotenoïden, selenium en zink. Het is ontzettend goed voor je ogen en je huid. Ook helpt avocado ontstekingen voorkomen en verminderen. Dat je er dik van wordt is echt een fabel! Avocado bevat gezonde vetten die je energie geven. De vrucht is heerlijk door smoothies, als topping, los in een salade of op een crunchy cracker met een beetje hummus.
Amaranth
Dit graan bevat ijzer, calcium, magnesium, vitamine B en E, fosfor en zink. Ook is het rijk aan plantaardige eiwitten. Het is goed voor de botten en spieren.
Appelazijn, troebel
Troebele appelazijn is een natuurproduct gemaakt van gefermenteerde appels en is heel veelzijdig! Appelazijn is meestal ongefilterd en ongepasteuriseerd. Ook is de appelazijn troebel en onbewerkt omdat er nog een kolonie azijnzuurbacteriën in zit, wat betekent dat de goede mineralen en vitaminen er nog in zitten. Heel gezond dus! Ik gebruik het in dressings, dips en zoete baksels – het maakt ze een stuk luchtiger als je het gebruikt in combinatie met baking soda! Ook drink ik appelazijn op de nuchtere maag in de ochtend met lauw water in plaats van citroensap, het werkt namelijk reinigend en is heel verfrissend. Azijn kan je trouwens ook gebruiken als schoonmaakmiddel. Best veelzijdig hè? Het mag dus zeker niet ontbreken in je keukenkastje.
Bijenpollen
Bijenpollen zijn gemaakt van het stuifmeel van bloemen, dat bijen met zich meedragen. Bijenpollen verbeteren het energieniveau, je concentratie en uithoudingsvermogen. Daarnaast stimuleren de pollen een stralende huid. Bijenpollen zijn niet alleen gezond, maar ook erg lekker vanwege de zoete, honingachtige smaak. Je kan de bijenpollen gebruiken in of over je ontbijt, door smoothies en op toetjes. Erg lekker in combinatie met cacao.
Basilicum
Dit heerlijke kruid bevat vitamine A en K, en mineralen als kalium, mangaan, koper en magnesium. Het is goed voor het gezichtsvermogen, tegen verkoudheid en misselijkheid. Dankzij het aanwezige ijzer is het plantje goed voor mensen die bloedarmoede willen voorkomen.
Bananen
Het is een mythe dat bananen de darmen verstoppen. Ze bevatten juist veel vezels en goede vetten. Dankzij de kalium zorgen bananen voor een goede vochtbalans. Ze leveren snel energie en helpen tegen een kater omdat er magnesium in zit. Een banaan bindt een gerecht en maakt het lekker romig.
Blauwe bessen
Er zijn weinig andere voedingsmiddelen die meer antioxidanten bevatten dan dit kleine besje. Deze antioxidanten hebben een ontstekingsremmende en cholesterolverlagende werking. Daarnaast beschermen de antioxidanten het lichaam tegen verschillende ziekten. Dit heerlijke besje gebruik ik in ontbijtjes, sapjes, pannenkoekjes en cakes. Heerlijk en gezond!
Boerenkool
Boerenkool bevat een hoge concentratie heilzame voedingsstoffen. Grote hoeveelheden vitamine A, K en C en mangaan. De combinatie van deze vitamine is goed voor de botten, tanden, weerstand en het immuunsysteem. Boerenkool houdt de bloedsuikerspiegel stabiel. Het aanwezige ijzer is goed voor de lever, vitamine K helpt tegen ontstekingen. Ik maak er stamppotjes, smoothies en chips van.
Bieten
Een van mijn favoriete groenten! Bieten zijn voedzaam, zitten boordevol essentiële mineralen en vitaminen, ze houden de spijsvertering op gang, hebben een positief effect op de nieren en last but not least: ze reinigen en zuiveren het lichaam.
Boekweit
Als ik naar Friesland ga, zie ik de bloeiende boekweit soms zelfs bij mijn moeder in de tuin groeien. Boekweit is everywhere! Het is glutenvrij en een supergoeie bron van plantaardige eiwitten. Er bestaan acht belangrijke aminozuren en guess what… boekweit bevat ze allemaal! Mijn zus en ik kregen vroeger boekweit met stroop als toetje en het water loopt me nu alweer in de mond als ik eraan terugdenk. Tegenwoordig doe het meel door m’n bananencake en soms ontbijt ik met hele boekweit, maar wél nadat ik het een nachtje heb laten weken.
Cacao (rauw)
Cacao geeft je een pure energieboost en is daarmee een goede vervanger van koffie. Daarnaast is rauwe cacao een natuurlijke bron van magnesium, dat ons beschermt tegen hart- en vaatziekten, hoge bloeddruk en botontkalking. Magnesium is goed voor de botten en tanden, het ontspant je spieren én bestrijdt stress. In cacao zit daarnaast een serotonine-achtig stofje waar je een goed humeur van krijgt. En bovendien is cacao bekend als afrodisiacum: het versterkt de zintuiglijke waarneming en kan zo het libido verhogen. Rauwe cacaopoeder kan je verwerken in smoothies, toetjes en zoete snacks en is lekker te combineren met kokosproducten of maca. De meeste natuurwinkels verkopen ook heerlijke chocoladerepen van rauwe cacao en cacao-nibs (gebroken cacaobonen) die je kan snacken, of gebruiken in toetjes of bij je ontbijt.
Chlorella
Chlorella is een algensoort die in Japan al jaren heel populair is door de hoge voedingswaarde en ontgiftende eigenschappen. Het helpt je lichaam zware metalen af te voeren, zoals kwik, lood, nikkel en aluminium. En daarnaast werkt het heel goed tegen vermoeidheid, bij een gezonde spijsvertering en door de grote hoeveelheid vitaminen, mineralen, eiwitten en vezels wordt je er sterker en gezonder van. Je kunt het in poedervorm kopen en toevoegen aan sapjes en smoothies of het slikken in de vorm van supplementen.
Citroen
Citroenen bevatten veel vitamine C en hebben een reinigend effect op de lever en daarmee ook op je huid. In de maag bevordert citroen de spijsvertering. Wij drinken elke ochtend een glas lauw water met vers citroensap. Een ontgiftend begin van de dag. Maar citroen kan je ook heel goed gebruiken in dressings, smoothies, sappen en bijvoorbeeld in dit heerlijke ontbijtrecept.
Camu camu
Camucamubessen komen uit het Amazonegebied. Camucamu’s zitten boordevol vitamine C. De bessen ondersteunen de hersenen, ogen, hart, lever, longen, huid en het immuunsysteem. Ze helpen infecties te weren en bevorderen sterke pezen en gewrichtsbanden. Als je je lichaam een échte vitamine C-boost wil geven, kan je een theelepel camucamupoeder in je sapje of smoothie mengen.
Chiazaad
Chiazaden hebben een extreem hoge voedingswaarde en geven snel een verzadigd gevoel. Ze zitten vol essentiële vetzuren, zoals omega-3, die heel belangrijk zijn voor het goed functioneren van je organen. En daarnaast zitten ze boordevol voedingsvezels en plantaardige eiwitten, waardoor ze een gezonde spijsvertering bevorderen en zeer geschikt zijn voor mensen die extra eiwitten nodig hebben (zoals sporters of vegetariërs en veganisten). Het zaad is ook een goede melkvervanger, want chia is rijk aan calcium en het mineraal borium. En borium versterkt weer de opname van calcium door je lichaam. Ik verwerk chiazaad in deze twee heerlijke ontbijtrecepten: chia-laagjespudding en chia pudding.
Courgette
Courgette is rijk aan foliumzuur, kalium, magnesium, vitamine A, B1 en C. Vanwege het foliumzuur is het een ideale groente voor vrouwen die zwanger willen worden of dat net zijn. Courgette bevat een gezonde huid, een gezonde spijsvertering, en ondersteunt het zenuwstelsel.
Dadels (Medjoul)
Ideaal om aan zoete gerechtjes toe te voegen of als snack. Medjoul dadels zijn lekker groot, het vruchtvlees is zacht en elke hap is honingzoet. Klik hier om op onze shop te kopen.
Gember
Gember werkt vochtafdrijvend en is koortswerend. Het helpt heel goed bij verkoudheid en hoest. Het bevat daarnaast veel magnesium en fosfor: goed voor de botten, spieren en de energiestofwisseling. Heerlijk als thee, door een sapje, maar je kan er bijvoorbeeld ook een healthy lemonade mee maken door het te combineren met wat citroen, water en agave.
Geelwortel (kurkuma)
Wij zijn gek op deze veelzijdige wortel! Geelwortel helpt griep te verminderen en wonden en acne te genezen. Het heeft een ontstekingsremmend effect en ontgift de lever. Schadelijke stoffen kunnen zo gemakkelijker het lichaam verlaten. Ook is geelwortel heel goed voor de spijsvertering en een prima remedie tegen maagzuur. Het kruid heeft ook een vetverbrandend effect en geeft verlichting bij een opgeblazen gevoel en kramp in de darmen. Het lichaam neemt geelwortel het beste op als je het combineert met zwarte peper. Een van onze absolute favorites is de Feel Good-drink met geelwortel.
Ghee
Naast kokosolie heb ik ook geklaarde boter in de koelkast staan. Je kunt het verhitten zonder dat er chemicaliën vrijkomen, omdat vaste melkbestanddelen, caseïne-en wei-eiwitten, zijn verwijderd. Het is hierdoor geschikt voor mensen met een koemelkallergie of lactose-intolerantie. Zorg er wel voor dat je ghee van grasboter gebruikt.
Gojibessen
Tibetaanse monniken hebben ooit ontdekt dat ze zich beter voelden en meer energie kregen na het eten van gojibessen. Sindsdien worden de besjes regelmatig voorgeschreven binnen de traditionele Chinese geneeskunde. Goji bessen hebben een friszure kersen-/cranberry-smaak. De besjes zijn bommetjes van vitamine B1, B2, B3, B6, C en E, mineralen en essentiële vetzuren. Ze staan bekend om het vertragen van het verouderingsproces en brengen de bloedsuikerspiegel en het cholesterolgehalte in balans. In Azië maken mensen er vaak thee van, erg lekker! Ik eet de gedroogde besjes ook als tussendoortje of in een mix met wat ongezouten, gemengde noten. Ze doen het ook goed in smoothies of over je breakfast pancakes.
Hennepzaad
Hennepzaad bevat veel plantaardige eiwitten en mineralen zoals magnesium, kalium, calcium, ijzer, zink, koper, zwavel en borium. Het stimuleert de spieropbouw en het uithoudingsvermogen. Een goed alternatief voor dierlijke eiwitten voor vegetariërs, veganisten en flexitariërs. Hennepzaden kun je verwerken in een salade, over je ontbijtje strooien of je kan er bijvoorbeeld hennepmelk van maken.
Haver (meel + vlokken)
Ik hou van de heerlijke neutrale smaak. Melk, broden, cakes, ontbijtjes: haver zorgt voor een zacht resultaat en extra vezels. Ik verkoop havermeel op mijn market. Klik hier om te kopen!
Inca bessen
Inca bessen zijn rijk aan plantaardige eiwitten, vitamines A, B1, B2, B3 en C, calcium, ijzer en fosfor. Ze hebben een lekkere zoetzure smaak. Door het hoge gehalte aan eiwitten zijn ze perfect voor in een proteïne smoothie. Daarmee stimuleer je de spieropbouw en herstel je sneller na een intensieve training. Inca bessen zijn ook ontstekingsremmend, ze bieden weerstand tegen vrije radicalen en gaan zo het verouderingsproces tegen. Gemengd met wat ongezouten noten of ander gedroogd fruit zijn Incabessen een heerlijk tussendoortje. Ik verwerk ze ook in salades, toetjes, rauwe taarten en koekjes.
Kokosolie
Ik kies altijd voor ‘extra vierge’ kokosolie, omdat het niet overmatig geraffineerd of gebleekt is. De olie is goed voor je immuunsysteem en werkt bacteriën, schimmels en virussen tegen. Het bevordert bovendien de beheersing van je bloedsuikerspiegel. Kokosolie kan hoge temperaturen verdragen zonder haar voedingswaarde te verliezen of te oxideren.
Lijnzaad
Bevat veel vezels en dat goed voor de darmwerking. Ook zit er veel omega-3 en -6 in. Lijnzaad bevat daarnaast vitamine B1 en B2, calcium, magnesium en zink. Het is goed voor ogen, huid en hormoonhuishouding.
Lucuma
Lucuma bevat flinke hoeveelheden vitamine B, C en mineralen. Het vertraagt het verouderingsproces, stimuleert wondheling en versterkt het immuunsysteem. Lucuma is een heerlijke zoete vrucht, maar heeft een lage glycemische index waardoor het vaak gebruikt wordt als natuurlijke zoetstof. In Peru wordt de vrucht al eeuwen gebruikt als ingrediënt voor siroop, jam, ijs, chocolade en koekjes. Omdat lucumapoeder goed oplost, is het makkelijk te gebruiken in smoothies, shakes en toetjes. Verder kan je het als ingrediënt gebruiken voor eigenlijk alles dat je zoeter wilt maken. Een theelepeltje is meestal meer dan genoeg.
Maca
Maca werd al door de Inca’s gebruikt. Het heeft een harmoniserende werking op je lichaam, reguleert stofwisselingsprocessen en brengt je in balans. Maca geeft bijvoorbeeld energie wanneer je je niet echt fit voelt en het ontspant als je je angstig of gestrest voelt. Het heeft met name invloed op je bloeddruk, bloedsuikerspiegel en hormoonspiegel. Daarnaast bevordert het een gezonde hormoonproductie, waardoor het libidoverhogend is en vruchtbaarheid kan verbeteren. Nice! Maca verwerk je in je voedingspatroon door af en toe een theelepeltje toe te voegen aan een smoothie of sap.
Matcha
Matcha is Japanse groene thee vermalen tot poeder, het heeft een reinigende werking op je darmen en het bevat magnesium. Maar wat ik vooral heel fijn vindt is dat je er net zoals bij koffie geen energie pieken en dalen van krijgt. Maar dat de energieboost bij mij heel lang aanhoudt. Ik maak er regelmatig een lekkere matcha latte van.
Moerbeien
Deze gedroogde bessen bevatten vitamine A, B6, C, E en K, en de mineralen kalium, natrium, magnesium, selenium, ijzer, zink, koper en fosfor. Ik gebruik het in smoothies, als ontbijt en als snack. Moerbeien hebben een positief effect op hart en bloedvaten.
Noten
Noten bevatten veel goede vetten, die helpen je cholesterol op peil te houden. Daarnaast bevatten ze ijzer, eiwitten, calcium en vitamine B. Ik gebruik in mijn recepten veel noten als walnoten, amandelen, hazelnoten en cashewnoten. Ik maak er zelfs pasta, room, melk, pasta of snackjes van.
Je kan zelf ook notenpasta maken als je een goede keukenmachine hebt maar als je de lekkerste notenpasta van de wereld wilt proeven dan zou ik een pot Gucot notenpasta bestellen!
Peulvruchten
De keuze is eindeloos! Linzen, sojabonen, zwarte bonen, bruine bonen, rode bonen, witte bonen, kikkererwten, erwten… Niet voor niets bevatten vleesvervangers meestal peulvruchten. Ze zijn allemaal rijk aan eiwit en passen daardoor prima binnen een gezond veganistisch of vegetarisch dieet.
Psylliumvezels
Deze vezels zijn afkomstig van de zaadjes van de Plantago ovata. Het geeft stevigheid en elasticiteit aan cakes, broden en taartjes. Perfect als je glutenvrij bakt.
Pompoen
Pompoen bevat veel vitamine A en bèta caroteen, en is daarom goed voor de huid en de ogen. De pitten van de pompoen zijn ook erg gezond omdat ze vitamine E, magnesium ene selenium bevatten. Van magnesium krijg je energie! Bovendien is pompoen rijk aan vezels en proteïne. Ik gebruik het vaak in een curry of risotto, als puree, maak er soep van of stop het in een ovenschotel.
Quinoa
Quinoa is glutenvrij en perfect voor vegetariërs en veganisten omdat er veel eiwitten in zitten. De combinatie van mineralen en vitaminen zorgt voor een energieboost voor je lichaam. Ik vind het een heerlijke basis voor veel gerechten. Ik eet het wel eens als ontbijt, maar mijn ultieme favoriet is mijn frisse quinoa salade.
Spirulina
Spirulina ondersteunt de reinigende functies van je lichaam. De algensoort kan giftige stoffen in het lichaam binden en ze helpen uit te scheiden. Het goedje is daarom zeer geschikt als je je lijf wilt ontgiften, bijvoorbeeld tijdens een detox. Spirulina is bovendien een bron van proteïnen. Het ondersteunt de groei en opbouw van spiermassa en boost je fysieke kracht. Ook stimuleert het een gave huid en sterk, gezond haar. Je energieniveau en uithoudingsvermogen nemen flink toe als je regelmatig spirulina in je voedingspatroon gebruikt. Het helpt je lichaam sneller te herstellen. Daarnaast werkt het ontstekingsremmend en versterkt het je weerstand. Spirulina is verkrijgbaar als poeder en tabletten. Ik gebruik meestal het poeder om te mixen in sapjes en smoothies.
Spinazie
Rauwe spinazie bevat veel chlorofyl en zorgt voor het ontgiften van de darmen. Chlorofyl vind je in diepgroene bladgroente zoals spinazie, peterselie en boerenkool. Het is heel goed voor de huid. Chlorofyl heeft een hoog ijzergehalte en dat helpt bij vermoeidheid en duizeligheid. Spinazie bevat ook veel foliumzuur en dat is goed voor de celbescherming. Ook zit er veel bètacaroteen in en dat is goed voor de ogen. Kortom, ontzettend gezond ;-)!
Tomaat
De tomaat barst van de vitaminen en mineralen. De vuurrode, sappige vrucht bevat vitamine A, B, C en K, maar ook magnesium, koper en kalium. Eigenlijk te veel om op te noemen. En wat ik heel bijzonder vind aan tomaat is dat als je het verhit, het stofje lycopeen vrijkomt. Die stof staat bekend als een krachtig antioxidant, die een belangrijke rol speelt in de remming van het verouderingsproces. Verder stimuleren tomaten de aanmaak van pro collageen, een eiwit dat goed is voor je huid. Je wordt er mooier en strakker van dus. Ik raad je aan om lekker vaak tomatenpuree en tomaten soep te eten. Zelfgemaakt natuurlijk he. Als je een moestuintje of dakterras hebt, kun je in de zomer ook heel goed tomaat in Nederland kweken. Hoe leuk! Bovendien spannend en leerzaam voor kindjes om zoiets te zien groeien. En wedden dat je een vers geplukte, knalrode tomaat die je met liefde zelf gekweekt hebt veel lekkerder vindt dan een waterige variant uit de supermarkt.
Zuiveringszout / Baking Soda
Je kunt dit zout (oftewel baking soda) voor alles gebruiken. Ik poets er mijn tanden mee, ik gebruik het als scrub en maak mijn huis ermee schoon. Bovendien gebruik ik het om baksels te laten rijzen. Gebruik zuiveringszout alleen als er een zuurhoudend ingrediënt in je gerecht zit. Klik hier om het te kopen!
Wortel
De wortel bevat heel veel vitamine B1, B2 en C. Deze combinatie van vitamines versnellen de heling van wondjes. Wortel versterkt het immuunsysteem en bevat beta-carotene wat goed is voor je ogen.
Zoete aardappel
Zoete aardappels bevatten een flinke dosis vitamine A, B6 en C, beta-carotene, ijzer, potassium en calcium. Vitamine A en beta-carotene zijn goed voor je huid. Samen met vitamine C bestrijden die de vrije radicalen, die huidveroudering veroorzaken.
Zout
Als ik het op de website heb over zout, bedoel ik Keltisch zeezout of Himalayazout. Himalayazout is een ongeraffineerd landzout afkomstig uit het Himalayagebergte. Keltisch zeezout is een product van zonlicht en zeewater. Beide zoutsoorten bevatten veel mineralen en spoorelementen.

If it was spiritual, it would only say in the forehead.
We can see throughout the history of the world how we are being conditioned through the process of convenience. More specifically with how we make payments. We went from physical money to credit and debit cards containing digital money, to these cards having a microchip in them, to now being able to place your card near a device that will read its data. As well as self check-out lines in our market places and the cryptocurrency industry making a rapid climb in such form as bitcoin. These are all stepping stones for the powers that run this world to bring about their ultimate agenda, that is to place a microchip in each and every one of us.

“Carl Sanders attended seventeen New World Order meetings with heads of state officials such as Henry Kissinger and Bob Gates of the C.I.A. to discuss their agenda on how to bring forth this one-world system. The government commissioned Carl Sanders to design a microchip for identifying and controlling the peoples of the world-a microchip that could be placed under the skin with a hypodermic needle(a quick, convenient process that would be gradually accepted by society).
Carl Sanders, with a group of engineers behind him, with US grant monies supplied by US tax dollars, took on this challenge and designed a microchip that is powered by a lithium battery, rechargeable through the temperature changes in our skin. Without the knowledge of the Bible(Mr. Sanders was not a follower of Jesus at the time), these engineers spent one-and-a-half-million dollars doing research on the best and most convenient place to have the microchip inserted.
These researchers found that the forehead and the back of the hand(the two locations Revelation says the mark will go) are not only the most convenient places, but are also the only viable locations for rapid, consistent temperature fluctuations in the skin to recharge the lithium battery. The RFID microchip is around seven millimeters in length, .75 millimeters in diameter, about the size of a grain of rice. It is capable of storing pages upon pages of information about you. All your general history, work history, crime record, health history, and financial data can be stored on this microchip.
Carl Sanders believes that this chip, which he regretfully helped design, is the “mark” spoken about in Revelation 13:16-18. The original Greek word for “mark” is “charagma,” which means a “scratch or etching.” It is also interesting to note that the number 666 is a word in the original Greek language. The word is “chi xi stigma,” with the last part, “stigma,” also meaning “to stick or prick.”
Brother Sanders reached out to a doctor asking what would occur if the lithium contained within the RFID chip leaked into the body. The doctor responded by saying a terrible sore would appear in that spot. This is what the book of Revelation says: “And the first(Angel) went, and poured out his vial on the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore on the men which had the mark of the beast, and on them which worshipped his image” (Revelation 16:2).
WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE BEAST, THE NUMBER OF ITS NAME? THE MYSTERY OF THE NUMBER 666 REVEALED?
What I first want to explain, before I share my thoughts on the number of the beast, is that God confirms in threes. We can see this throughout scripture: “For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one” (1 John 5:7 NKJV). “and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures” (1 Corinthians 15:4 NKJV). “…Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, Who was and is and is to come!” (Revelation 4:8 NKJV). There are many more examples, but I thought I would just share three of them to make the point.
Examining Revelation 13:16-18, the first group of three I would like to bring attention to is that the mark of the beast is described in three separate verses, 16, 17 and 18. The next three I see is in verse 16, “He causes all…” is followed by three contrasting categories of people, “both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave…”. Then unto verse 17, it opens with, “and that no one may buy or sell except one who has…”, followed by three explanations of what one must have to buy or sell, “…the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name”. Then in verse 18, we read “Let him who has understanding calculate…”, which is followed by, “the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666”. The last three I see is the number 6 being used three times in a row. The reason I’m making this point is because of the number 666, as you will read below.
“17: even that not any could buy or sell, except the one having the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of its name” (Literal Greek Translation).
Here we see the mark being identified as having the name of the beast, and that name being identified as being a number. We can conclude that these attributes being shown in verse 17 are all in one thing because the Bible warns of us about receiving the mark, singular. It is clear in verse 17 that we cannot buy or sell without the mark(being previously identified as a microchip), but why cant we buy or sell without the name of the beast, or the number of its name? What does that have to do with us buying or selling if the number of the beast only applies to identifying the Antichrist, as the common thought has been? So we need the number of the beast to buy or sell. What does this mean?
“here the wisdom is, the one having the mind let him calculate the number of the wild beast, number for of human it is, and the number of it 666” (Revelation 13:8 Greek Translation).
“Here is wisdom. Let him that has understanding count the number of the beast: for the number of man; and its number is six hundred sixty-six” (Jubilee Bible 2000 translation).
“In this situation wisdom is needed. Let the person who has insight figure out the number of the beast, because it is a human number. The beast’s number is 666” (GOD’S WORD translation).
The Greek word “anthrÅpos” being used in verse 18 where it says “of human” is the Greek strongs concordance G444. The first two definitions of the word are “a human being, whether male or female”, and, “generically, to include all human individuals”. Could the number of the beast apply to all mankind? In the Greek, and other translations, you will notice the beast is described as an “it”, instead of “him”. The reason I’m making this point is because when a translation says “His number is 666”, this would imply a singular person, the Antichrist. But by saying “the number of it 666”, implies that it is of the beast system as a whole.
Throughout time there have been people attempting to calculate numbers based on titles and names that calculate to the number 666 to identify one person. But from verse 18, I do not see where God is telling us to count up to 666, but rather to count the number of the beast. This number is identified as 666. So the verse is telling us to count the number 666.
What does it mean to count? It means to add up. So how could we add up 666? Remember my previous point about God confirming in threes. So logically, what would be the best way to count the number 666? To count it equally in threes based off the number. We cannot count it equally as 600+60+6, this would also bring us back to the start. We cannot count it as 600+600+600, or 60+60+60, because there are no zeroes in between or at the end of 666. The only option is 6+6+6=18. What is interesting is that the verse that reveals for us to count the number itself is verse 18, being the third verse out of three verses that describe the mark of the beast. What is 18 divided by 3? 6. So 3×6=18, or 6+6+6=18.
Another interesting point is the only two other combinations(making a total of three possible combinations) for placing a “+” symbol in between the 6’s are 66+6=72, and 6+66=72. Adding 7+2 and 7+2 equals 18. Add both 72’s together and you get 144. Why the number 144 is interesting is because the verse following Revelation 13:18 is the first time in the Bible where the 144,000 are being described in detail: “Then I looked, and behold, a Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand, having His Father’s name written on their foreheads…” (Revelation 14:1).
Now if you add up all three numbers by counting 666 by moving the “+” symbol around, it would be 72+72+18=162. What is interesting about the number 162, is, if you divide 144,000 by 162, you get 888. The name of Jesus in Greek gematria adds up to 888. Revelation 14:1 not only mentions the 144,000, but also the Lamb who is Jesus.
Applying the same format that I used with calculating the number 666, in which I got the numbers 144 and 162, they also bring interesting results bringing us to the number 18:
– 14+4=18*
– 16+2=18*
– 1+4+4=(9), 1+6+2=(9), (9+9)=18*
– 1+44=(45), 1+62=(63), (4+5)=9, (6+3)=9, 9+9=18* | (45+63)=108, 10+8=18*
– 14+4=(18), 1+44=(45), (1+8)=9, (4+5)=9, 9+9=18* | (18+45)=[63] | 16+2=(18), 1+62=(63), (1+8)=9, (6+3)=9, 9+9=18* | (18+63)=[81] | [6+3]=9, [8+1]=9, 9+9=18* | [63+81]=144
– 1+4+4=(9), 14+4=(18), 1+44=(45), (9+18+45)=[72] (any two combinations of (9, 18, 45, and 72 will add to 18*) | 1+6+2=(9), 16+2=(18), 1+62=(63), 9+18+63=[90] (any two combinations of (9, 18, 63, and 90 will get you 18*) | [7+2]=9, [9+0]=9, 9+9=18* | [72+90]=162
Now what is interesting about the number for Jesus, 888, is that if you apply this same formula, you get 8+8+8=24. Why the number 24? Revelation chapter 4 tells us there are 24 elders seated around the throne of God. This is the same throne where Jesus sits.
Now if you take 8+8+8=24, and 8+88=96, and 88+8=96, you get 24+96+96=216. Take 144,000 divided by 216 and you get 666. Remember that this was the same exact formula to get the number 162 out of counting 666 that brought about the number 888 when dividing 144,000 by 162. It is perpetual.
With using the same formula of counting by adding the “+” symbol in between the numbers, why do all these numbers relate in such a way?
Another interesting point to note is that if you add up all the numbers from 1 to 36, it totals 666. The number 36, as in three sixes? Could this be a hint that we should add up three sixes instead of perceiving the number as six-hundred sixty six?
So what could this mean? Well we know in this world we are identified by numbers in various forms. From our birth certificate to social security, as well as our drivers license, being labeled based upon a system of rulership. So it is possible that this RFID microchip will contain a new identification that has a total of 18 characters. Could this be the name of the beast, the number of its name? The beast system that is identified by 18 characters? This would fit scripture that speaks of a mark that we need to buy or sell in our right hand or forehead, and that it also contains the number of the beast, during a future cashless money society.
Revelation 13:11-15 tells us that a false prophet will rise up deceiving many to take the mark of the beast because of the miracles he does before men. At all costs do not take it!
“Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name” (Revelation 14:9-11).
Did you hear about the woman from a major media outlet who reported a major event occurring approximately 20 minutes before it actually happened?
It’s time we are told.
A reporter from BBC reported the fall of World Trade Center 7 on September 11th 2001 approximately 20 minutes before it collapsed!
Remember, WTC 7 did not get hit by anything, so there would be no reason to assume it would collapse. But she didn’t report on assumption, but that it in fact did fall!
What can we conclude? The only logical explanation is that the power that orchestrated 9/11 is the same power that controls the major media outlets!

Did you know there is other footage they don’t want us to see twice? I’m speaking of footage on the day of September 11th 2001 during the time the planes hit both Trade Towers. Eye witness reports say the following concerning the planes:
– “No, it wasn’t a commercial airliner”
– “…but it didn’t have any markings on it that I saw”
– “no emblems, no logos”
– “It definitely did not look like a commercial plane”
– “I did not see any windows on the sides”
– “It was a black plane, it looked like a fighter jet”
– “It was black, it looks like a military plane”
– “It was a military plane”
This video also shares testimonies from firefighters who share their story being in the world trade towers as bombs were going off(to weaken the structure of the trade towers to cause the free fall collapse).
As a terrorist, how could you smuggle bombs into the trade towers with all of its security systems which includes bomb sniffing dogs? Also, if terrorists did plant the bombs, then why weren’t we told about the bombs?!

What about the attack on the Pentagon? Was it really a plane that hit it, or something else, maybe a missle?

Why was the only footage presented to the public from one of the most heavily guarded places in the world low quality footage showing only five frames at about one frame per second?
The U.S. Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld admitted the day before the attack that the Pentagon was missing 2.3 trillion dollars. Could this attack on the Pentagon have anything to do with covering up that information?
So where is this all going? What’s the purpose of this major event that occurred on September 11th 2001? Why did we go to war with Afghanistan and Iraq?

For some time, the dominate theory in the scientific community was that the universe was eternal, without a beginning. As progression was made, the final conclusion came to be that the universe is expanding from a single point known as the Big Bang, in which space, time and matter all came into existence at that single event.
This troubled scientists who’s worldview was purely naturalistic, as this notion concludes that what caused the universe to come into existence must be spaceless, timeless, and inmateral, favoring the Biblical God.
The non-biblical religions tell us that god or god’s create within space and time that eternally exist. The Bible stands alone and says that time and space don’t exist until God creates the universe.
The Bible tells us that God is a Spirit who fills the Earth, the heavens, and the Heavens of Heavens cannot contain Him. That He dwells in unaproachable light, being eternal with no beginning. This is the type of being who could cause the universe to come into existence. This also fits with reason that there must be an uncaused cause, otherwise you are left with an infinite regression in which idea is not logically coherent.
The Bible also states in multiple places that God stretches out the heavens, thousands of years before scientists discovered an expanding universe.
Ask yourself, if there is a God, wouldn’t He be personal, because we as His creation are personal? Wouldn’t He have reached out to us by now? Wouldn’t His word be the most read and translated in the history of the world, full of predictive prophecies? The Bible is that word!
