Gingerbread Bliss Balls
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, yay! It’s almost Christmas and therefore it’s time to share some lovely recipes for these cosy days with friends and family. With these gingerbread bliss balls it is success guaranteed! They are super easy to make and a very festive snack during these cold winter days. Enjoy!
1 week in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer
food processor or blender
200 g raw almonds (1 ¼ cup)
200 g apricots, sulphite free (1 ½ cup)
40 g (raw) cacao powder (⅓ cup)
2 tbsp speculaas spices
1 tbsp vanilla powder, unsweetened
1 pinch of salt
juice from 1 orange
1 tbsp ahornsirup (optional)
Mix all of the ingredients in the food processor or blender until it is pulverized. Put the mix in a bowl and form little balls using your hands. Roll them in chia seed, goji berries and almond shaving and serve them on a nice platter.
