Glowing Skin Smoothie
When I start to notice that my skin looks a bit less ‘glow-y’ than usual, it’s a sign that I need to take it easier (as an entrepreneur, the pressure to just keep going is ever-present!), and that it’s time to enjoy one of these tasty, healthy juices. I usually make a whole bottle at once so I can enjoy it throughout the day.
Approx 10 minutes
Approx. 750 ml / 3 cups
2 days in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer
100 g/3.5 oz. celery stalks
50 g/1.75 oz. baby spinach
1 head of little gem lettuce
100 g mango or pineapple
300 ml/1 ¼ cups water (or plant-based milk of choice)
Put all of the ingredients in your blender, mix and off you go!
