The most valuable thing you will ever possess is good health. So, once again, I’ve started my day with a green smoothie. Now it’s your turn!
serve direct (or 1 day in the fridge)
½ slice of pineapple
juice of 1 lime
1 handful of spinach
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp chlorella powder
1 tbsp (raw) protein powder, optional
Put all of the ingredients in your blender, mix and off you go!
