1 large slice of pineapple
2 inches of fresh ginger, peeled
2 celery sticks
100 g spinach
handful of parsley
Process all the ingredients except for the parsley, spinach, avocado and lemon in the juicer. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and then scoop the avocado in the blender using a spoon. Add the spinach and parsley. Then squeeze the lemon, pour the juice into the blender and add the other juice as well. Blend everything until creamy, pour into a glass or jar and enjoy!
