The Inca berry is found in the high-altitude regions of South America. It’s an exotic and delicious organic fruit that not only tastes great, but is also really good for you! Inca berries are sweet, with a pleasant sour aftertaste. This delicious snack combines Inca berries with almonds, dates and coconut!
blender or food processor
♣ 150 g Inca berries
♣ 120 g almonds
♣ 120 g cashews
♣ 120 g dates, pitted
♣ a handful of grated coconut
♣ 3 tsp of water or almond milk
Blend the almonds, dates, cashews and Healthy Planet Inca berries together with three teaspoons of water or almond milk in a blender or food processor. Form the resulting mixture into little balls using your hands and roll in grated coconut to coat. They’re juicy and delicious when they’re fresh!
