This breakfast is one of my favorites. It’s quite filling, so it’s perfect if you have a long day ahead of you! Try it, it’s so yummy…
120 g soaked oats
100 g soaked cashews
80 g dates, pitted
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp grated coconut
2 tsp vanilla powder, unsweetened
Soak the oats and cashews overnight (otherwise you’ll have to get up pretty early) or for four hours in (filtered) water. Afterwards, drain the water and and put the oats and cashews in your blender. Add the other ingredients and mix until it’s creamy. You can garnish your breakfast with some berries. Enjoy!
