Oh la la, lavender… The scent alone relaxes me. I drink this in the evening, before bed, for instant relaxation. It’s delicious with a bit of honey.
Drink right away
- 300 ml/1 ¼ cup oat milk (or other plant-based milk alternative of choice)
- 1 tbsp (dried) lavender blossoms
- a pinch of vanilla powder (unsweetened)
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Heat the oat milk with the lavender added and allow the drink to steep for two minutes. Using a sieve, strain the lavender out and pour the drink into a mug. Add the remaining ingredients, stir and enjoy!
