Miso soep

Recepten | Diner door: Rens Kroes

Een very healthy en smaakvol Japans recept. Misopasta heeft een typische smaak en een belangrijk ingrediënt van de soep is kelp. Zeewier. Dat is gezonder dan wat dan ook. Maar niet iedereen vindt het lekker. Ik heb zelf een recept bedacht met extra veel groente en daarvan slurp ik met gemak een hele kom weg.

2 liter - 4 pers.

Houdbaarheid
2 dagen in de koelkast in een afgesloten bakje / 3 maanden in de vriezer

Benodigdheden
grote soeppan

Ingrediënten

5 stukken droge kombu (kelp)
2 liter water
6 el shiromisopasta (bouillon)
3 lente-uitjes, gesneden
4 teentjes knoflook
½ zoete aardappel
1 ½ wortel
½ courgette
175 g champignons
4 tl biologische sojasaus, optioneel



Shiromisopasta en kombu zijn te koop in biologische-, natuur-, Aziatische winkels bij jou in de buurt!
Bereiding
Week de stukken kombu 10 min. in water. Doe de 2 liter water in een pan, voeg de shiromisopasta toe en breng het rustig aan de kook. Snijd ondertussen de groenten in kleine stukjes en doe ze erbij in de pan. Knijp de knoflook boven de pan uit. Haal de kombu uit het water, snijd hem in stukjes en schep hem in de soep. Kook de soep ongeveer 30 min. op een laag vuurtje. Serveer in een mooie kom, eventueel met een theelepel sojasaus erbij. Ready to eat!

    Hallo Rens, dankjewel voor dit recept. Miso soep ken ik via een vriendin. Zijzelf is chef en kan dus op gevoel koken. Ikzelf heb een recept nodig en zo kwam ik bij jou uit. Alleen had ik 1 opmerking over dit recept. De shiromisopasta mag je eigenlijk niet koken omdat je dan alle gezonde stofjes uit de pasta kapot maakt. De groenten kun je het beste koken. Daarnaast de pasta oplossen in warm water. Het vuur uit en de opgeloste pasta toevoegen aan het niet meer kokende water met de groenten. Daarmee krijg je dezelfde smaak en behoudt je alle gezonde stoffen. Doe ermee wat je wilt, maar ik wilde het benoemt hebben. Groetjes, Marloes

    Hoi Rens, dit is de eerste keer dat ik site bezoek. Dit bovenstaande soepje lijkt mij lekker. Is nauw verwant met de macrobiotiek? Daar wordt namelijk ook veel met zeewier gewerkt. Groetjes Joke
