There’s no way we can just let this pass us by. Did you know that cacao gives you a pure energy boost, making it a great coffee alternative. Moreover, cacao is a natural source* of magnesium, which is protective against cardio-pulmonary diseases, high blood pressure and osteoporosis. Magnesium is good for your bones and teeth, it relaxes your muscles and helps combat stress. Cacao also contains a serotonin-like substance that helps improve mood.  And, on top of all that, cacao is also an aphrodisiac: it increases sensory perception, which, in turn, can increase libido. Raw cacao powder is super easy to use when you’re prepping the tastiest things.
