Meer energie in de ochtend? Hierbij presenteer ik u: de Powerboost! Nice to know: de banaan zit vol vezels en gezonde, natuurlijke suikers. Geelwortel is ontstekingsremmend en bevordert de spijsvertering. Zwarte peper en kokosolie helpen bij de opname in je lichaam. Goji bessen bevatten meer dan twintig mineralen en achttien aminozuren (en men zegt dat je er heel oud mee kunt worden). Het kaneel zorgt voor daling van een verhoogde bloedsuikerspiegel en geeft de smoothie een lekker scherpe smaak.

Ingrediënten

1 banaan
250 ml amandelmelk (of andere plantaardige melk naar wens)
1/2 theelepel kaneel
1/2  eetlepel kokosolie
1/2 theelepel geelwortel
1 handje goji bessen
mespuntje zwarte peper



De banaan zit vol vezels en gezonde, natuurlijke suikers.
Bereiding
Bereiden is easy: alle ingrediënten gaan in de blender en worden goed fijn gemixt. Schenk in een glas of beker en enjoy!
