Shot of joy
I’ve been drinking this shot every morning lately to give myself a little boost. It definitely peps you up mentally! Are you feeling a little drained too? Try it! You’ll be back on top of your game in no time!
2-3 inches of fresh ginger
2 large slices pineapple
a big handful of spinach
a pinch of cayenne pepper
Peel the oranges and the lemon. Chop all the ingredients into small pieces. Process them using your (slow) juicer. Sip, cleanse and enJOY!
