Sweet & Sour
1 day in an airtight container in the fridge
1 ripe avocado
2 big, juicy lemons
6 medjool dates, pitted
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp protein powder (optional)
Peel and halve the lemon and remove the pits. It is not just about the juice of the lemon but also about the flesh. Put it together with all the other ingredients into the blender and process until the mixture is creamy. (Too dry? Add a tablespoon of water.) Serve in a fun glass or small bowl and garnish with some raspberries or blueberries, if you’d like, for the look and taste. It’s sour alright, but very yummy! Enjoy!
