Veggie Powder Mix
Have you guys ever made your own veggie powder mix? It’s so easy! You can use this mix to add flavor to soups and other dishes. Easy does it!
1 jar (about 5 tablespoons, or about 39 g)
more than 1 year
tablespoon onion powder
2 tsp freeze-dried garlic or garlic powder
2 tsp ground turmeric
2 tsp salt, ground
1 tsp ground rosemary
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powdermore than 1 year
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Add all the ingredients to a jar, put the lid on, and shake or stir with a spoon to combine.
Use 1 teaspoon for every 6 3/4 fluid ounces (2 dl) of water or sauce. To make a bouillon to drink, combine 1 teaspoon with 63/4 to 81/2 fluid ounces (2 to 2.5 dl) boiling water.
