A delicious warm winter drink to get through those cold dark winter days. Perfect for a lazy evening on the couch or in the morning instead of your usual coffee.
250 ml water
100 ml creamy coconut milk
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp powdered ginger or ½ tbsp fresh ginger juice
a pinch of vanilla powder, unsweetened
a pinch of cardamom
1 rooibos tea bag
1 tsp coconut sugar or honey
Heat the water, coconut milk and spices in a saucepan. Stir well and pour into a mug. Drop in the tea bag and stir in the coconut sugar or honey. Enjoy!
